The Cloud is a modern version of a recognisably iconic Art Deco piece.
Leonard opted for a velvet type fabric with a lighter shade showwood trim.
The fabric is from Warwick Fabrics who due to their size have one of the largest collections of fabric in the country.
The Cloud like many of our models is made by specialist joiners and upholsterers to our own unique design and specifications.
For the Cloud, the frame is made in Warrington and the sofa upholstered in Darlington.
Leonard wanted to reduce the height of the arm as he is slightly disabled and needed to get in and out of the seat without problems. We adapted it accordingly and also ensured the filling was made to the right density to accommodate this.
We expected fairly plain sailing but the base plinth was damaged in transit which caused a little bit of a headache.
The finished product, is though, up to the usual high standard we expect from all of our products.
