Free Delivery Items
Some chairs qualify for free delivery, as noted in the product description. These will be shipped via a one-man courier and delivered to your doorstep only.

Your Delivery Process
We use specialist furniture carriers to ensure your items arrive in pristine condition.
Important things to check during delivery:
โ Ensure the packaging is fully sealed and inspect for any external damage before signing.
โ If you unwrap the item yourself, handle sharp tools carefully to avoid accidental damage.
โ Once placed in your desired location, verify the furnitureโs condition and assembly.
โ The delivery team cannot return once they leaveโcheck thoroughly before they depart.
โ If you notice any issues, call us immediately on 0800 195 0710 while the delivery team is still on-site.
โ Note any damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD), as retrospective claims for damage cannot be accepted.
โ Keep your POD, as your warranty starts from the signed delivery date.
