Refund and Returns Policy

We would like you to feel every confidence in buying from us and so are prepared to accept the return of any stock purchases that you are not happy with, as long as you inform us, by email or in writing, within 7 days of the receipt of your product.  We do however retain the delivery element of the purchase and charge a collection fee equal to the delivery to contribute to the cost of the return. The collection fee is halved if the carriers are informed before leaving so they can take the order back and dispense with a return visit.

We obviously cannot extend this to custom made products but tell us in any event if you have any concerns and we will endeavor to address them sympathetically

We will of course accept the return of any sofa, whether from stock or made-to-order if there is a major fault on arrival or if the sofas received are not as ordered. There will be no charge for the return and a full refund will be made including the original cost of delivery. Furniture that is too large to fit into premises does not present grounds for a return, as all measurements need to be checked at the time of purchase.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your sofas are delivered to you with a fault, please inform the delivery men and describe the damage on the delivery note. Minor scrapes, scuffs and blemishes can sometimes occur in the process between manufacture and delivery and can be simple and easy to fix. We will send out a professional furniture expert to restore your furniture to new condition. If your sofas arrive to you with significant damage (i.e. structural damage) please ask the delivery men to repack the product and return it to us. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible. Any items signed for as delivered in good condition will be treated as such and any repairs and return fees will have to be charged for, albeit at a subsidised rate. If you are unsure as to what course of action to take, please call us before the delivery men leave and we will advise you accordingly.
