We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. If you are not satisfied with your stock purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns for Stock Purchases
- You must notify us via email or in writing within 7 days of receiving your product.
- While we will accept the return, delivery charges are non-refundable, and a collection fee equal to the delivery charge will be applied.
- If the carriers are informed before leaving, they can take the order back immediately, reducing the collection fee by 50%.
Returns for Custom-Made Products
- Custom-made products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive with a major fault or do not match your order.
- If you have any concerns, please reach out, and we will do our best to address them sympathetically.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your stock or made-to-order sofa has a major fault on arrival or is not as ordered, we will:
- Accept the return at no cost to you.
- Provide a full refund, including the original delivery cost.
- Furniture that is too large to fit into your premises is not eligible for return, as measurements should be verified before purchase.
Damaged Items & Complaints
Refer to our Guarantee section for issues occurring after delivery and our Delivery page for damages caused during transportation. If your sofa arrives with minor scrapes, scuffs, or blemishes, we will send a professional furniture expert to restore it to new condition. If your sofa arrives with significant structural damage, please:
- We will arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
- Inform the delivery team immediately and note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- Request the delivery men to repack and return the item to us.
Important Notes
- Any item signed as delivered in good condition will be treated as such. Repairs or returns after that point will incur charges, although at a subsidised rate.
- If you are uncertain about the condition of your furniture, please call us before the delivery team leaves, and we will advise you on the next steps.
